Orders ship within 2-6 business days of the date of purchase. You will receive and email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order once your order ships.

In order to obtain a refund, returns must be place within 5 days of when items were received. Due to the nature of our donations, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not include original shipping costs.
Exchange(s) for a different size must be place within 5 days of when items were received and will not be subject to restocking fee. For other exchanges, we will treat this as a return. We will refund you and you will have to re-order the product you’d prefer. Any exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs.
All Products must unworn, unwashed and in the original physical condition which received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product(s) have any signs of alteration, wear, misuse or damage.
333NYC.com does not guarantee exchange or credit for a defective item. If you receive a defective item or your package was damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item for refund eligibility.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracking method of postage in order to ensure it reaches us daftly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost/misplaced returns and incorrect shipping addresses. Lost/misplaced returns are non-refundable. In the case that your item(s) become damaged during the return process, we recommend sending photos when you place your return. As stated above, any damaged product received is not guaranteed for exchange or credit.
